Through the Rotary Peace Fellowships 2023–2024, international students can apply for full scholarships. These scholarships are only available for master’s programs. The Turning Harmony Associations Program pays for all tuition fees, living expenses, round-trip transportation, and other expenditures associated with temporary employment and fieldwork.

Fellowship awardees are not allowed to attend a Rotary Peace Center in their country of residence, with the exception of Thai applicants, who are allowed to attend the center at Chulalongkorn University.

Present your web-based application to your region by May 15 prior to any meetings.
Complete a meeting with the delegates from the region. The Rotary Foundation must receive district approvals by July 1st.
