Candidates must be enrolled in a secondary school, be making academic progress in high school, and want to enroll full-time in a higher education institution after graduation;;

A 4.0 grade point average is required of all applicants;
Must be in the top 5% of their Florida high school graduating class, or have an ACT or SAT score of 30 or 1370.
